Ms Wendy’s career has been shaped by her expertise in business transformation and her success in digital finance solutions. Early in her career, Wendy led multiple SAP implementation projects at PCCW Solutions Limited, collaborating closely with global SAP consultants to help businesses transform their financial and operational systems. This work contributed to PCCW Solutions’ ability to scale and evolve, playing a pivotal role as the company grew and was eventually acquired by Lenovo Group in recent years.

Wendy’s leadership journey continued in high-tech and global trade sectors across Singapore and Hong Kong, where she worked with top global brands such as Toys "R" Us and The Walt Disney Company. She led teams that delivered operational excellence, cost optimisation, and sustainable growth through cutting-edge financial strategies and digital innovations.
