In fact, 61% of surveyed companies have already reinvested in China by 2024, with an estimated reinvestment budget of $14.59 billion in the next 3-5 years.

Bush Foundation for U.S.-China Relations, who advocated for building a "Pacific Century" through deep digital collaboration. He proposed three intelligent collaboration models:
